Sun Jianxiu, deputy general manager of LYC, introduced that this set of bearings processed for a well-known domestic heavy machinery group does not add bearings to the bearing seat as in the past, but integrates the bearing seat and the outer shell. In the early stage of the bidding, the unique structure of the bearing discouraged some well-known bearing manufacturers in China. LYC, which has the only national-level bearing technology center in China, rose to the challenge and won the bid in one fell swoop.

The super-large bearing division, established in December 2013, is an important department of LYC. At present, the products of the super large bearing division are widely used in mining and metallurgy, precision machine tools, wind power generation, construction and building materials, medical and health, aerospace, paper and printing, petroleum machinery, port machinery and ships, marine engineering, general machinery, military industry, etc. In this field, the annual output of bearings reaches 10,000 sets, and the annual sales revenue is about 180 million yuan.
