Abstract: Check the parts out of the box and observe whether there is any damage during transportation. Install the machine tool. Be careful not to collide with the machine tool during the loading process. Add the oil level of the spindle to about half of the oil level at the pump station of the machine tool. Filtration Note that the main shaft must not replace the pump station motor to connect to the machine tool master switch. The machine tool master switch pump station motor works. Check whether the pump station motor turns to be hydrodynamic and static pressure bearings. Commonly used shaft shells are matched with shafts. There is no damage in the process. <2> Install the grinding head on the machine tool, and be careful not to collide with the machine tool spindle during the process of installing it on the machine tool. <3> Add about 80 liters of 2# spindle oil from the filling port of the pump station to about half of the oil mark. When refueling, it must be filtered with three layers of silk cloth. Note: Be sure to use 2# spindle oil, and cannot be replaced by anything else. <4> Connect the motor of the pump station to the main switch of the machine tool, that is, as soon as the main switch of the machine tool is turned on, the motor of the pump station will work. Check that the pump station motor turns clockwise. Insert the high-pressure oil inlet hose into the filling port, the pump station works for 15-20 minutes, and the oil circuit circulates itself to ensure that the oil from the pump station is clean.
