Check the state of the raceway surface, the rolling surface, the mating surface, the wear condition of the retainer, the increase of the bearing clearance, and the damage that is not related to the drop of the dimensional accuracy. For non-separable small ball bearings, use one hand to support the inner ring and rotate the outer ring to confirm whether it is fluent. Separate bearings such as tapered roller bearings can separately inspect the rolling elements and the raceway surfaces of the outer ring. Because large bearings cannot be rotated by hand, pay attention to checking the appearance of rolling elements, raceway surfaces, retainers, rib surfaces, etc. Imported bearings are more important and must be carefully inspected. 1. The resultant force of the applied force passes through the axis of the bearing as much as possible, which requires the application point to be symmetrical and stable on average, and apply force through a spherical surface or parallel to the axis. 2. The applied force should be stable and average, and there should be no impact. This requires the use of oil pressure or the use of tools that can apply a stable tension or pressure. Prevent force from passing through the rolling elements, which requires force through the inner ring when assembling and disassembling the inner ring (shaft ring), and force through the outer ring when assembling and disassembling the outer ring. 4. The drag force should continue to the level it should be. For example, when the bearing is installed, the force should be stopped when the imported bearing is just installed in the correct position to ensure that the end face of the ring (washer) abuts against the end face of the seat hole or the shoulder of the shaft.
